This map is used to communicate the expected outcomes and resource demands to any of your local and/or community stakeholders. The activities within the program design map also demonstrate how the flow of health services will occur within the context of the program. The successful completion of this milestone will assist you in the creation of your final project. For this milestone, you will create a program design map by developing a logic model.
