Laws and Ethics in IHRM

Read theCorruption Perception Index 2017 (Links to an external site.). One of the most important components of the global context for IHRM is employment law and regulation and their application. Which employment laws and standards are most important for a Multi-National Enterprise (MNE)s to be aware of and follow? Why? Choose an employment-related international HR ethical dilemma, and analyze its ethical dimensions including recommendations on how HR should deal with it. Make sure the employment-related IHRM issue is recent and from a credible source. Tip: select a Multi-national enterprise (MNE)/MNC and search for international HR issues they have encountered.
